Tel Aviv, Israel- David Int. - Carmel Market to Yarkon river

Tel Aviv, Israel- David Int. - Carmel Market to Yarkon river : 14 Aug, 2013 (9 miles)

This was a hot day, the sun was blazing and it was humid. I took of a bit early as I had extra time, from work. I went to the Carmel market which is usually very crowded. The market is on Carmel St. :) At the end of the market Carmel St crosses Allenby and turns into King George St. At HaNevi'im I headed East until I got to a big street named Derech Menachem Begin and headed north until I hit Yarkon river. Along this street you'll see the famous Azrieli buildings. At the Yarkon river I headed further East, crossed the river and got back to the beach and took the beach trail along HaYarkon rd. I found a few familiar birds that I used to see in India, viz. the Mynah. I will put up some pictures of it. Then there were a few geese like birds that I have no clue yet. :)
